I Cant believe i've allowed myself to be in situation sgain

My mac has died and it will not charge, the charger LED light is blinking and i just want to know what to do. It wasnt doing this while it had some battery life, it would charge just fine. But now thats its dead it wont charge

HELP

Resetting SMC could solve the problem.
Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support
or
There's a little cable going from the battery to the connector on the motherboard, you just have to unplug it and plug it right back in could solve it.

so i would have to unscrew the bottom of my mac to get into the battery? Is that what you're saying
