Last week I noticed after updating to iOS 10 my Bluetooth no longer was syncing pproperly with my Bose speaker. Then today my headphones will no longer produce sound right after I charge my phone. i perform a hard reset, I get a gray fuzzy screen (never seen before until today), and only then does reset screen (white w/ black apple) appear. I understand that the Bluetooth issue is known but would appreciate more info. But what is happening with my headphones/jack? Appreciate any feedback. thanks!
