Changing number display format in iPhone without changing Region

Hi,

I am using my iPhone in Italy where I want all the apps for Italy. For this purpose, I have to use the region as Italy, but this is giving me problems by changing the number format to the local one which uses commas to specify as a decimal point. Is there any way to change the number display format without changing the Region?
