    Hi

    Try a reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see apple logo

    If home button is broken make an appointment at apple store

    If you live to far away go to   support.apple .com

    In the likely case that restarting your iPhone does not work, you will need service for damaged hardware (likely replacement)

During your session, your Genius will gather information about your system and answer your questions. Most sessions last about 15 minutes, but some may take longer, depending on the issue.
