Job Accounting for printer settings

Hi,

I have been trying to change my default settings for our printer at the office. Apparently, I need to change the settings in the Job Accounting feature, but in order to get access and change the setting, I am met with this message: "You must enter a 4-32 alphanumeric PIN code in order to use Job Accounting feature"

A code that neither I nor any of my colleagues have ever heard of before.
Help?!

I actually had the password to enable job printing but didn't want to enter it each time. This is what I think I did in order to get around this issue. I deleted the printer driver under system preferences. Unhooked the usb cable from the printer. Turned off the printer. Turned off the Macbook Pro. Then I did all of that in reverse and let my Mac add the printer driver from the operating system. Voila. No more job account password. I did not use the Samsung printer drivers supplied on the CD that came with the printer nor did I use the Samsung driver you can download from the Samsung web site; however, the drivers version on the Mac and the one of the web site appear to be the same version.
