Q: OSX 10.11.6 crashing - spinning beach ball?

I have attached my EtreCheck for help with diagnosing why my MacBook Pro keeps crashing and I get the spinning 'beach ball'

    1. uninstall the MccAfee software, this is crap for the mac.

    2. uninstall the MacPaw CleanMyMac software, even worse.

    --- uninstall completely, make sure that none is in the Login Items, then restart the mac

    3. uninstall sleeptime.

    4. Set GateKeeper to "MacAppStore and identified developers".

    5. increase the size of the Bootcamp Partition (say +20GB) with BootcampAssistant.

    6. You can rewrite the Hosts file, but that is somewhat tricky. Tell us if you want to do that.
