Q: iOS 10 and Apple Configurator

Hi,

You are not alone... I have exactly the same issues with AC2.3 and iOS 10.0.2 .  I believe it is AC2.3 with bugs . I made mistake and did not setup time machine before I did update of Apple Configurator. Previous version of Apple Configurator 2.2.1 was perfect,  worked nicely with iOS 10. I could restore and prepare 10-20 devices , now I can only do randomly 1-5 out of 20. Please report this to Apple - Provide Apple Configurator 2 Feedback. They will respond and ask about AC2.3 LOGS, I did it and I am still waiting for fix. We have 6 Macbook Pro with 2 per Mac PowerSync D20 Bretford USB Hubs, that's mean 40 iPads/iPhones per machine. We used to restore and prepare 800-1000 ios devices daily, now the story is different .

I had this issue and spoke to someone at Apple who said that they were trying to solve the cause. I was able to get most of my iPads back by going to the actions menu, advanced & then revive. I had to do this in small groups & one at a time but got all but three back out of twenty.
