Is there a simple way to revert safari10 back to safari 9.1.3 on an iMac using El Capitan.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), i7 2.93GHz Processor 8GB Memory

If you have a backup made before installing Safari 10, restore from the backup.

 

Other than that, there is no simple way. Sorry.
