Charging problems

Please help me! I have 2 charging problems:

1. I've been charging my phone for an hour but somehow it still has low battery. I can't even open my phone because the "charging" symbol keeps appearing.

2. Every time I unplug the charger, my phone still charges for while.

I already cleaned the port but it still won't charge

I hope you guys understand. Thank you.
