Q: Bubble effect not working

Just downloaded the latest software, and the new bubble effect in messages doesn't seem to work.  3D touch is working fine, but doesn't seem to in messages

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 10.0.2

Check Settings>General>Accessibility and make sure that you have Reduce Motion turned off.
