Since updating my 6s to ios 10, I have found that Bluetooth is not working correctly in my car (as it previously did). the most persistent problem is when answering calls- I cannot hear the other party.
I can make calls OK?!?!?!
Audio controls on my car display now often hang and stop functioning also.

Yep, happening to me too...
To use the bluetooth, I have to pickup the phone, and despite it having "CarBT" selected, I have to choose "iPhone" and then flick back to "CarBT" for it to work!!
I've done the network reset, done the repair with bluetooth, and have the latest IOS...
Apple support chat told me to do all that again, which I did, and then proceeded to tell me it's a problem with my car bluetooth!! Hmmm, seems it's not when plenty of other people have exactly the same problem!!
I have this exact same problem. It is not the car since my husband, who did NOT upgrade to iOS 10 doesn't have this problem... and I only started having the problem AFTER the upgrade... hopefully Apple will find the problem and fix it
