HOw can i buy an iTunes Card in pakistan and redeem it in pakistani AppStore please help

As far as I know iTunes gift card aren't available in Pakistan - and you can't use a different country's gift card, all cards are country-specific

Somebody will either have to gift you an amount from their account (he/she would need to have a credit or debit card on their account), or you would have to add a valid payment method to your account
