I understand that after updating your devices, you're having some trouble hearing callers when using continuity to make or receive calls on devices other than your iPhone. I know it's nice to be able to handle calls on other devices, so I'm happy to help.
To start, make sure that you've properly configured the audio output settings for your iMac. This article has some additional information:
macOS Sierra: Adjust your computer’s sound output settings
Once you've confirmed that it's configured properly, you can troubleshoot your continuity settings with this article:

Sep 28, 2016 3:25 PM in response to norm123by imaxmain,Hi Norm123, I have actually tried both of those suggestions. I should mention the sound also doesnt come through my iPad either. I might look at doing a iCloud backup and doing a restore and see if that fixes it.
