Q: iPhone 6s won't turn on after update 10.0.2

So my girlfriend updated her iphone 6s to the new 10.0.2, and ever since then it would turn off on her. But now it turned off and won't turn back on. I tried holding down the home and lock buttons, and nothing happened. Is anyone else having this problem? and if so, how did you fix it?
