Q: How can I accept the new Terms and Conditions?

I want to download an app and it says I need to read and accept the new Terms and Conditions but every time I try to do that there is no option for me to accept. No box to check, no external link I could visit. What can I do? I even took the time to actually read them and there is nothing I can accept.

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

    Sign out of your account on the Mac App Store (MAS). Quit the MAS. Restart your Mac. Open the MAS and sign back into your account. May or may not work. YMMV
