Q: iPhone 7 Plus Issues anyone?

Have you experienced the following:

1. inability to do a hard reset?  When I tried multiple times, my phone took multiple pictures.  I believe this is due to the new home button feature.

2. Phone freezes and won't move from current screen for  several minutes at a time.  Pressing home button, power on/off button does not help. One just has to wait for the phone to do whatever it's doing?

3. Sound is off

4. There was a change in the software that if the user wasn't aware of the "contacts default" importing contacts  becomes a larger task than usual.

Needless to say the 7Plus and I are terminating our union.
