Q: Issues with AppleTV and iPad using Airplay

After I updated my iPad to iOS 10 and my AppleTV, I am starting to have issues using Airplay. My iPad has difficulties connecting to the AppleTV using Airplay and if I do connect, it is usually very delayed or disconnects on its on. I have the same issue with my second AppleTV as well, so not sure if its the iPad having problems or the AppleTV OS. I've tried restarting the devices, restarting the network that they are both on, and using a different network but still have the same issue. Can someone tell me if there is maybe a setting that has gotten messed up or a fix? I use the AppleTV to iPad in my classroom and they share a network via a personal HotSpot. At home, a different AppleTV and iPad share home network with same issue.
