Q: Problem of Raise to wake without Touch ID

Hi Everyone

When I use the raise to wake feature on iphone 6s, I have to press home button (or assistive touch button or using the invalid fingerprint few times) for showing the keypad unlock screen.

Is it possible to show the keypad unlock screen without pressing home button ?

    Hi there S.K. LAM!

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!  Your question about pressing the home button to show the Lock screen number pad is greatly appreciated.  I use Raise to Wake on my iPhone as well and it's my pleasure to help you out today.

This is a normal feature of iOS 10.  In order to show the Lock screen number pad you must use the Home button.  Another way to show the Lock screen number pad is if you have a Notification on your screen and you tap on it to have it open, then your iPhone will display the Lock screen number pad so that you can unlock it to open the app.
