Q: iPhone 7 plus lightning headphones problem

Here and there whenever I make a phonecall from my iphone 7 plus with the headphones connected, the person on the other end could not hear my voice. I noticed it mainly from using facetime audio also. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue I am!

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.0.2
