Q: iCloud Contacts disappear from Oultllo after updates
After I recently updated iCloud and Windows 10 (anniversary update) my iCloud Contacts disappeared from Outlook 2007 giving the following message from Outlook when clicking on iCloud Contacts: “The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened.” When clicking on Tools-Address book in Outlook the following message appears: “The address list cannot be displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been deleted, or you do not have permissions.”
Everything worked fine before the updates and the address list is in my iCloud Contacts account and is accessible by my iPhone.
I have tried to export a vCard in iCloud for import into Outlook by going into iCloud’s Action Menu and selecting “Select All” and then “Export vCard”, but no screen ever opens in which to Name and Save the file.
As a last resort I could probably restore the old Contacts file if I knew where it was located in Outlook.
I have tried many suggestions, but nothing has worked. Anyone have an idea how to restore the iCloud Contacts file to Outlook?
Thanks
iPhone 5, iOS 8.1

Issue solved by Outlook Support who was able to delete the iCloud data from the PC successfully and reinstall it. I had tried that, but never could get the delete screen.
Apple Support had no clue.
