Q: YouTube not working on mobile data in app or Safari

Hi,

After doing a system restore, YouTube no longer works when using mobile data either in the app or in Safari. It works fine on wi-fi. It worked perfectly fine before the restore. I've tried deleting the YouTube app, reinstalling, signing out of YouTube, signing back in, rebooting the phone. For the record, every other video app/site works fine.

YouTube is set to use cellular data in the Settings screen (for good measure, I also enabled Background App Refresh, although it doesn't seem to have done anything). Also, YouTube is enabled in Settings > Cellular.

To stress the point, everything worked fine prior to the restore, which makes me wonder if I just need to restore again and hope this problem fixes itself. But then, what if the problem that originally caused me to do the initial system restore comes back again? I'm afraid of getting into an endless cycle of system restoring and just praying that everything works at some point. Things used to just work on iPhone/iOS. I'm really beginning to regret my iPhone 7.
