Q: Press Home To Upgrade

I saw this with one of my updates, and not only did I have to press the home button, there was a dialog box on the computer that indicated to press a button to try again. After pressing the Home button, and the button on the computer, it prompted for the iPhone passcode.

Sep 27, 2016 8:47 AMby hrace009,yes, i am connected to iTunes and do update from iTunes. when update progress done. it show white screen and at bottom "Press Home to Upgrade" when i press Home button, nothing happen. it keep like that.
at my iTunes, there is a dialog box, with try again. when i press try again it keep like that and not show any progress from update.

Sep 27, 2016 9:11 AMby hrace009,I have press Home button from soft press to hard press with entire my power. and press Try Again from iTunes, it keep like that, stuck at White Screen with text "Press Home Button To Upgrade"
if i disconnect USB from my PC, nothing happen. just keep like that.
I have try to turn off my iPhone and start again, it keep like that.
