When I slide down the notification center and try to touch a notification (i.e. an iMessage, email, Whatsapp message, etc.), nothing happens. I'm able to force touch these notifications, but simply touching them does nothing. I'm using an iPhone 6s (128gb) running iOS 10. I have tried turning off the phone and turning it back on. What's going on?
