Q: Message Bug

After IOS 10.0.2 update , I am facing issues with message. While composing a new message if I lock the screen or shift to other app, the message contents disappear.

Hi DeepC90,

I understand that when writing a message, it goes away if you lock the screen or switch to a different app. I know it's important to have your messages stick around while you compose them, so I'm happy to help.

To start, force close the Messages app:

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Once you've done that, restart your iPhone:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
