Hopefully this makes sense. I need to schedule different checkpoints based on 1 client. For example, I want to create an event called "video shoot" on a Saturday. But, attached to "video shoot" I want the previous Monday to be called "contact client" and 6 weeks after the shoot to be called "6 week warning" with another one 8 weeks after the shoot called "video complete"
Is there a way to structure 1 event so I can copy and paste it with that same rubric just tweak the names of clients?
