Q: Hairline multiple cracks on screen

Hi,

 

if iphone gets a crack from the corner which is supposed to be the most toughest part in iphone 6s,would there be a chance that apple replace the glass for free.

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2

If Apple determines the crack was not the result of a drop, which is considered user damage, they may make that call. However, if you dropped the phone, I doubt they would replace it for free. That is their call no matter. The only way to find out is to ask. Make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to check.
