3d Touch Option Not in Settings

Hello,

I have an iPhone 6. When I go to Settings < General < Accessibility there is no 3D Touch option on my phone.

I've looked online for solutions and I have already tried doing a re-set and a hard re-set. I'd like to avoid resetting all my phone options, if possible. So, I thought I'd seek advice here before doing so. Has anyone else had this problem and/or know how to fix it? I've loaded a screen shot of my phone to show there is no option and that I'm not just over looking.

Thanks in advance for any help!
