Hi,
I have older iOS devices I use for listening to Apple music around the house, at the cottage and in the car such as an iPad 2, iPhone 5 and a couple others. I like the new apple music that came with iOS 10 on my newer devices but it seems there is no way to update apple music on my older devices since Apple Music is only updated as part of the OS and not a separate app? Does Apple have a plan to help with this or should I be looking at switching to a different music service that will continue to offer updates to their apps on iOS 9? It seems like Apple Music will end up losing a lot of subscribers to this as everyone I know with the service uses the service both on their newer devices but also on their older devices that are sitting around, it is one of the few good uses for old iPads and iPhones.
Any suggestions?
