10.0.2 touch log on

I downloaded v 10.0.2. Now my fingerprint log on does not work. I followed instructions on deleting fingerprint and retraining phone with new fingerprint. It still does not work. I also did a soft restart. It still does not take my fingerprint log on. How can this be fixed? Thank you!
