Q: your Apple ID isn't associated with a content provider in iTunes Connect. (2002)

I want to make a security backup of my iPhone 4s on my Mac computer.

I have IOS 9.3.5 on my iPhone, but get the error: "your Apple ID isn't associated with a content provider in iTunes Connect. (2002)" when I try to Open iTunes Connect from the App Store.
