Q: iphone 7 getting hot when using


Hi

 

I have an IPhone 7 brought on Saturday

The battery life lasts from approx. 7am to 6pm, with minimum use throughout the day, perhaps 5- 10 messages.

and at times gets very hot. thinking I may have to take it back but wanted to know others experience.

 

The battery life certainty isn't the best I have experience in iphones.

    It sounds as if there is a process stuck attempting to process. Go to Settings>Battery and see what is using the highest percentage of battery. Also, look at the bottom where it shows Usage and Standby. If those numbers are the same, that is also indicative of an issue.
