macOS Sierra - Macbook Crashes

After updating my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) to macOS Sierra it crashes at least once a day. I've used my laptop every day for the past two years and never had this problem until I updated it just recently. Is there any way to fix this and/or is Apple coming up with a solution update for it?

You might want to start your own post since this one is from last year. A new post would be much more visible. You can link to this one.

Try running this program in your normal account, then copy and paste the output in a new discussion. The program was created by etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy Report” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

Same problem but on my MBP 2010.

After updating to Sierra, my MBP has been experiencing a mixture of system lock-ups that variety of which only a long hold on the power button to reboot will break, a no warning crash and reboot. This has escalated to at least 4-5 times a day during a 10 hour period.

I'm not pressing my system into hard duty when it takes place either. Moderate to light duty. No more than 3-4 apps open that aren't processor intensive.

It typically happens when Safari is loading a page, when I switch tabs in Safari, or when Siri is showing results and I scroll.

It's made me reluctant to touch my machine. Feel like I'm working on a 'Perfection' Hasbro game. The timer is running and I don't know when it'll pop all the pieces and crash the board.
