Q: i have a old iphone 4s that says disabled connect to itunes. I tunes says cant connect need to enter pass code on phone??

Trying to activate a iphone 4s. Screen says diabled connect to itunes. itunes says cannot connect must enter passcode on phone.

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1

See the instructions in this support document to deal with a disabled device. There are instructions on what to do if it asks for a passcode. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Phone does not ask me for a pass code. Just Disabled connect to itunes. Itunes wont connect because it says my phone is locked and need to enter passcode on phone?

Did you try to put the device into Recovery Mode as indicated in the support document that I provided you?
