This app eats cell data

Since around 2012 this app:

- Eats up cell data even when "do not use cell data" is turned off (it somehow turns on anyway)

- Will not play downloaded podcasts if no cellular service is available...that's DOWNLOADED podcasts, not streaming.

- There is no way to subscribe to a podcast and have it only download over WiFi.

In all these cases, this app ate up my data plan. Have these problems been resolved. If not, I'll pass.
