Thank you for contributing to the Apple Support Communities.
It looks like you're using Apple Music and all of the music from your iPod touch is now on your iPhone. I can give you some advice on changing this without deleting the Music app.
Go to Settings > Music and scroll down to the Downloads section. You have a few options in this section for managing your music.
Go to Downloaded Music and tap Edit in the top right to delete music stored on your iPhone.
Turn Optimize Storage on to have your iPhone automatically delete music you haven't listened to in a while.
Turn Automatic Downloads off to prevent music from being downloaded to your iPhone automatically when you add it to your Apple Music library.
You can find these options and more information about managing music in the iPhone User Guide: Download music
Note that this information applies to iOS 10. If you haven't updated your devices yet, see Music settings.
All the best.
