Beats solo 2 wireless not connecting to macbook air

Hi, so about a month or two ago I bought a macbook air and beats solo 2 wireless. I have been using the headphones wirelessly on bluetooth with my macbook, and my iPod touch. Recently the headphones haven't been connecting at all to my macbook air, but they still work fine with my iPod touch. When I go into bluetooth on my laptop, and turn on my headphones, they don't come up as an option on my laptop. They used to already be there, but I deleted it and tried to pair it again because this problem has happened before, but usually that fixes it. I really want to use the headphones again so please help.

Hi RacheyBoo,

So that we are on the same page, you are unable to pair your Beats Solo2 Wireless to your MacBook Air. We can help you out with that.

For the most issues with pairing, take a look at the information provided by Beats website. This will have some steps that you have already done, but review those just in case you missed anything.

If you are still unable to pair your headphones, you might want to try resetting your headphones. To do that, take a look at the information below.
