how to stop goo.gl emails

I'm receiving about twenty unwanted emails daily from goo.gl url's. Is there any way to stop this or block them. They always have a link to unsubscribe and I do unsubscribe to every single one. It seems to my that there are millions of different url's and that I could be doing this for ever and still receive emails. NEED HELP!!!!
