Can the Nike Apple Watch use bands other than the Nike band it comes with

I'm looking to buy an Apple Watch Series 2 and am unsure if I want the Nike+ one or not. So I am wondering if I can use any other band with it other than the Nike band it will come with?

Hi

Yes - all Apple Watch bands, past and present, will fit any Apple Watch of the same case size (38mm or 42mm), including Apple Watch Nike+.
