Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter & Charging/Audio Passthrough

Does the Lightning port on the USB 3 Camera Adapter support Lightning audio for use with an external Lightning microphone, or Lightning headphone or headphone adapter?

Does the USB port on the adapter support charging of the iPhone, if a M-to-M USB cable is plugged into a charging brick, or powered hub?
