mac os sierra

Hi!

I upgraded to Sierra and everything looks good but, i have unable to connect samba share. My file server is centos 6 platform and if i try connect smb, cifs etc. i get the error message:

"this file server will not allow any additionals users to log on. Try to connect later."

We have other mac too with El Capital and there this working very well and one Windows computer and it working too.

Is there something what i can do?

Same problem, but on different versions of Linux

Ubuntu allows me to connect with the command K, but will not browse from finder.

Centos 7 flatly refuses to connect and comes up with a message about too many connections? try later.

Buffalo terrastation allows guest access, but none that require passwords.

Had to roll back to EL Capitan, has there been a fix for Sierra yet? Odd that I have seen little about this, there are two of us with much the same setup, iMac and Linux servers with the same issue.
