Copy and Paste Pictures from Facebook, Safari, etc.

Why is "copy" no longer an option when pressing on a picture in safari or facebook? I used to be able to copy and paste pictures on my 6S, now I have to save them on the 7 plus (annoying).

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.0.2
