My phone keeps asking for other family member id
Upgraded phone while setting up signed in with my Apple ID while updating apps etc pop up asking to enter Apple ID of my husbands ID the same happened with his phone

the long answer is you may need to log in as your husband then log out of a range of application, then log back in as you.
the short answer is Apple will be able to walk you though this since you have 90 days complimentary service with your new phone and they will have access to info we would continually have to ask you for.
