When my renewal for the cloud it would not take my card (was in a loop), have $83 credit but did not take it. #2 - unable to contact iTunes support (problem is on home computer.) #3 - dozens of songs are missing
The first problem was when I was trying to pay for Cloud renewal - was in a loop and would not take my info (also have $83 credit at iTunes Store. The second problem is that I am unable to get in contact with any iTunes Support. The third problem is that dozens and dozens of my songs are now missing.
