Q: Cannot Delete On My Mac Content

I had been keeping all of my calendar, contacts etc in iCloud but had been running into another problem since upgrading to Sierra and had the suggestion to log out of iCloud then log back in. When I logged out of iCloud, I was asked if I wanted to keep the PIM data on my Mac or erase it and I selected keep on my Mac.

Now when I logged back into iCloud, it correctly recreated all of my calendar, contacts, etc but left the duplicates in On My Mac. Now I cannot get the duplicates that are on my mac to delete. For instance, I'll delete the calendars and they will go away, but if I close and reopen the calendar application, they reappear. Are these stored somewhere in the filesystem I can just go in and delete?

Thanks,

D
