Apple MusicMight be a cookie issue.
If you are using Safari...
Go to your Safari menu bar and click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click: Manage Website Data then click Remove All.
Then quit and relaunch Safari then try again > http://speedtest.xfinity.com/
I just tried the test and it's working ok for me on Safari 10.0.
If deleting cookies didn't help, make sure Flash is up to date.
Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Updates tab then click: Check Now
