I have a new Apple Watch Series 2 running watchOS 3 paired with an iPhone 6S+ running iOS 10.0.1.
Reminders listed in the iPhone version of the application to not show up in the Apple Watch Reminders application. Reminders from my iPhone seem to sync properly with my MBP.
What steps can I take to fix this?

could someone please fix this????? I tried all possible solutions like re-pairing re-setting re-booting re-installing etc
I am having the same issues with watchOS 4.2. Tried everything but without success. Reminders are not syncing anymore.

What you described is very similar to a problem reported a year ago on the Calendar data not syncing - see https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/17129.
If Apple can fix that now, they probably can fix this problem with the Reminders soon.
When can this be corrected?!
