Q: Duet 2 Dropouts with MacBook Pro 13' 2015 (Yosemite)

Hi,

I've buyed 2 month ago an Apogee Duet 2 (iOS and Mac), and sometimes it stopped the output sounds for 1 second randomly. I've tried to do some troubleshootings, and i've see that resetting the computer at the factory data without installing the Maestro Software, the interface had any problem, but After installing it the problem returns back. After that ascertainment, I've decided to bring it back to the seller (Amazon in this case) and regain the money.

Today i've been to a certified seller of musical instruments and I've buyed a new identical interface, but trying to use it the problem returns back. So the issue is dued probably to the MacBook, or to the Maestro Software, or to the OS of the MacBook. I'm getting mad for this problem... In some forum i've read that i'ts probably dued to the USB 2.0 and 3.0 compatibility, but I really don't know. I Hope for a good support. Thank you.
