Q: iTunes - certificate invalid

I cannot connect to the app store nor the iTunes store.  When I open iTunes I get lots of errors see below

I have phoned iTunes support and they reinstalled the OS but it still doesn't work.  I followed some guidance on this community for deleting certificates; still doesn't work.  I have checked the time and date all ok.

 

As far as I know I did nothing to change the certificates, some where out of date and I deleted them and they were then replaced with in date ones but still the problem persists. 

 

Has anyone solved this?  It doesn't affect my iPhones or iPads and it is stopping my updates to OS X so no Sierra for me I am stuck at El Capitan!
