Airdrop contact is of previous iPhone user

Hi

Earlier this year I upgraded to a 6s from a 5s, I gave my old iPhone to my wife after backing up then erasing it and restarting from backup on her old 4s. My wife uses an old Apple ID I used to use so its in my email address.

The problem is when she tried this new to her AirDrop feature it shows my old contact picture and my name !! I have checked all I can think of, named contact linked to her device on contacts, iCloud account to make sure her name and picture are there, Apple ID information linked to this account has been transferred to her name and I now use a separate Apple ID account and email address with my 6s.

Any ideas folks??
