Q: Months-old Macbook is fully charged but says it has not Battery?

Ok so I've got this Macbook Air since mid-august 2016. I've been taking good care of it since I was really careless about my old Pro one. Learnt my lesson and I have never over charged the laptop, download from sketchy websites, update the OS every time they release a new one, etc.

So, yesterday, I opened my laptop in school and it said that it had showed the no battery logo. I was pretty shocked since I knew it was charged at 90-something percent cause I was just using it in the morning. I plugged it in, and voila! It turned on and the battery said it was 93%. Everything seemed fine and nothing unusual was happening. It's happened multiple time throughout the span of a day.

A few minutes before I was typing this whole thing, it happened again. So I plugged it, it turned on, and I tried to look for a solution to fix this. Went on here and noticed that the battery icon had an 'x' mark on it. I got pretty scared. Then after a few minutes it left my screen and was replaced by 97%.

What do I do?

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
